Two Permanent General Practitioners - Chinchilla (Health Workforce Queensland)
GP Position x 2 - Full Time
New Practice - opening in June 2015
Clinical Skills: all GP work; Minor surgery, or Gen Surgery or anaesthesia as we like to get them into the Gen hospital also
If the candidate has Gynaecological training that would be a huge help.
Working Hours: 8am –5pm Mon to Fri/ Sat 8am till 1pm Sat neg
After Hours will be negotiated with the other Medical Centre in town on a roster system depending on the level of Dr we get.
Practice is an approved SBS (Standard Business Sponsor) - can offer 457 visa.
The practice is looking for two Dr’s for a start and one nurse. This will increase as patient lists increase. There will be a Sr. receptionist and a Jr. receptionist plus a Practice manager.
The practice will have four Dr’s rooms, treatment room, nurses room, and an allied health room, and will have an in house podiatrist’s room.
Patient ratios will be hopefully built up to a point where each Dr sees at least 25 + patients per day.
The practice will be fully computerised and all Dr’s and nurses will be using MD and Pracsoft programmes.
Chinchilla is a middle size town of about 7,000 people they have a state high and primary school, There are churches of almost denominations no mosque that is in Toowoomba.
Chinchilla is approximately 300 kilometres North west from Brisbane and it was established in 1877. There are a vast diversity of languages spoken around the town some of which are Samoan, Spanish, Maori, Afrikaans, and Philippines.
DR PACKAGE:
OPTION 1: 60% PLUS 50% RENT PAID FOR 6MONTH ON A 12 MONTH MINIMUM CONTRACT
PLUS CAR {NO FUEL COST OR REGO DR TO PAY THESE}
OPTION TWO: 70% FLAT NO EXTRAS
