Duties

• Improve/develop new processes and materials;
• Design/ improve methods and equipment for extraction, filtration, distillation;
• Prepare reports and detailed costings of changes/improvements;
• Design/operate pilot plants;
• Design plants and specify equipment/processes and layout;
• Find faults in plant equipment and take corrective action to ensure safe operation;
• Test the quality of the process/product;
• Provide advice/information to management; and
• May be involved in direction/coordination of plant operators.

Salary Range $80,000 to $130,000
