After feeling trapped in their home country of Holland, Claudia and Rachid decided it was time to realise Claudia’s childhood dream of moving to Australia. A migration agent advised them they would not be granted an Australian working visa. They didn’t have much money in the bank. If they couldn’t work they wouldn’t last long. But they decided to try their luck. They packed five bags, their young family and headed to Australia on a tourist visa.

Adelaide Fringe (13 February - 15 March 2015)

Adelaide Fringe began in 1960 as an alternative to the Adelaide Festival of the Arts which offered only limited opportunity for local artists.

Adelaide Fringe is an annual open-access arts festival run over four weeks in Adelaide. Thousands of artists from around Australia and across the globe participate alongside home-grown talent. Art forms spanning cabaret, comedy, circus & physical theatre, dance, film, theatre, music, visual art and design comprise the program for the festival.
